The purpose of the Topsfield, Boxford and Middleton Youth Lacrosse Organization is to unify, promote, develop, and equally represent boys and girls lacrosse in Topsfield, Boxford and Middleton, Massachusetts operating in compliance with the approved requirements and guidelines of U.S. Lacrosse.
