Cape Ann Mariners TOPSoccer is a joint program between Masco Youth Soccer, Ipswich Youth Soccer, and Hamilton Wenham Soccer. It is a FREE community-based program for children and teens with physical, emotional or intellectual disabilities, where the emphasis is being active, developing skills, making new friends and having fun!

Cape Ann Mariners is open to individuals with physical, emotional or intellectual disabilities ages 3-17. ALL LEVELS of ability are welcome and no experience is necessary. 

In Spring 2024, the program will be held on Wednesdays from April 10 - May 29 (8 weeks) from 4:30-5:30 at the Pony Express Fields (Ipswich).  Cost is FREE and all players will receive a ball and uniform!
