Topsfield plays in the Essex County Women’s Softball League. Games are played against girls from other towns including Boxford, Middleton, Georgetown, Ipswich, Lynnfield, Hamilton/Wenham, and Manchester. There are 2 games per week and the days vary with most games taking place Monday-Thursday. Games are 6-7:30 pm.  Home games are played at Klock park. Coaches typically hold one practice per week on the weekend. Farm leagues play with an 11” softball and Juniors and Seniors play with an 12" softball. Emphasis in all leagues is on learning skills and having fun. Skill development includes: hitting, throwing, catching, fielding, pitching, base running and game situations. Season Dates: Late April – Mid June

Baseball in Topsfield begins with "Winter Sessions" between February & April breaks. The Spring Season follows, and ends as the school year finishes. The AA, AAA, and Majors are travel teams and travel to either Boxford or Middleton for away games. Home games are played at Pye Brook Community Park (122 Haverhill Rd, Topsfield, MA 01983).
